The Administration/Human Resource Management Department is one of the seven key departments within the ministry, serving as the backbone of its internal operations. Its primary role is to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the office by overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring that government activities run in an organized manner. To carry out its wide range of functions effectively, the department operates through five specialized units: the Personnel Unit, Confidential Unit, Open Registry, Transport Unit, and the General Unit.
